I joined later in the year. Can I still get past month's letters?
Yes! We have a Catch Up with Jesus collection that allows you to individually purchase past months' mail.
I never received my letter. What do I do?
For Domestic orders, please allow up to three (3) business weeks from the date you received your shipping confirmation email for delivery.
If your letter has not arrived after this timeframe, please complete our Contact Form with your full name and order number, and let us know you have not received your letter so we can assist you further.
For International orders, please allow up to four (4) business weeks from your shipping confirmation email due to customs processing and local postal service timelines.
If your order has not arrived after this timeframe, please also contact us through the Contact Form with your full details so we can investigate further.
Is Friends of Jesus a monthly subscription?
Yes! Friends of Jesus is a monthly subscription.
Think of it as a set-it-and-forget-it kind of gift to yourself 🤍 Once you sign up, a letter will arrive in your mailbox every month automatically—as long as your subscription is active. No need to remember to repurchase each month.
The surprise of receiving a letter by mail helps you stay consistent, intentional, and connected without adding another thing to your to-do list.
I moved. How can I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address for future orders at any time by filling out our Contact Form with your full name, order number, and email address that your account is connected to.
If your payment has already been processed and you need to change your shipping address for an upcoming order, please contact us immediately with your updated address so we can assist you before your order ships.
Important: If your letter has already been shipped after your address was updated, you will be responsible for the cost of a replacement letter to be sent to your new address.
To ensure your update is applied in time, if you anticipate moving, please update your shipping address at least two weeks before the 15th of the month.
When will I get my order?
Friends of Jesus is a mail club, and all letters are sent via USPS First Class Mail (stamps). No tracking, as this is postage shipping.
Friends of Jesus Mail Club begins shipping on the 15th of every month, or after payment has been processed:
• Domestic (U.S.): 1–14 business days, and in some cases up to three business weeks depending on your local postal processing.
• International: 1–28 business days, depending on customs and local post in the destination country.
This is intentionally snail mail—meant to be a joyful, unexpected surprise waiting for you in your mailbox each month.
Note: Weekends and postal holidays are not counted in delivery times for USPS.
I was charged twice but only received one letter. What is happening?
Our subscription is billed monthly, and each charge corresponds to a separate month of mail.
Your first letter may still be in transit, as domestic delivery can take up to three (3) business weeks after your shipping confirmation email. Because of this delivery window, it is possible for your next monthly charge to occur before your previous letter has arrived.
Please know that each billing cycle always includes a letter, meaning you will receive a letter for every month you are charged.
If you are still within the delivery timeframe, we kindly ask that you allow additional time for your first letter to arrive.
If you have passed the expected delivery window and still have not received your letter, please contact us through the Contact Form with your full name and order number so we can assist you further.
Can I gift this to a friend?

To gift a subscription, you can shop our memberships:
• Enter your friend’s first and last name and address in the shipping address field
• Keep the billing information as your own
That’s it! Their letters will be mailed directly to them.
Where is my tracking number?
Because these letters are sent as First Class Mail (stamps), there is no tracking number.
You will receive a notification when your letter ships, and then it makes its quiet, cozy journey to your mailbox—just like handwritten letters used to.

Each month, you’ll receive a chapter of the Bible written as a curated letter from Jesus to you.

Friends of Jesus begins by carefully walking through every word, command, and teaching spoken by Jesus in the Bible. As friends of Jesus, it’s essential to first know what He actually said and taught, because His words are the very essence of all Scripture.
After completing Jesus’ teachings, the letters will then move through the rest of the Bible, always rooted in deeper understanding and connection.
